The Transactional Clinic provides counseling and representation of non-profit organizations serving Northwest Arkansas. The clinic's services include startup, incorporation, obtaining federal and state tax exemptions, change of business form, purchase and lease of real and personal property, employment and labor law issues and general contract negotiation, drafting and execution. In addition, the transactional clinic also sometimes offers workshops to non-profits on matters of general interest. Organizations interested will work with law students in their second and third year of school and will receive free services.

Prerequisites:
Students must have taken basic evidence, civil procedure, criminal procedure, and professional responsibility and completed at least 48 credit hours at an accredited law school and otherwise be eligible for licensing under Rule XV, Rules Governing Admission to the Bar.
