Professor Mark Killenbeck‘s 2012 Silverman lecture at the U.S. Supreme Court will be published as “A Prudent Regard to Our Own Good? The Commerce Clause, in Nation and States” in the Journal of Supreme Court History in 2013. That journal also published his “‘No Bed of Roses’: William Johnson, Thomas Jefferson, and the Supreme Court, 1822-23″, which was published during the summer at 37 J. Sup. Ct. Hist 95 (2012).
Professor D’lorah Hughes will present “Exactly How Big is this Tent?: The Clown Car Conundrum for Interdisciplinary Clinics” at the AALS Conference on Clinical Education from April 28- May 1, 2013.
On April 15, Professor Dustin Buehler traveled to San Francisco to advise 3L students T.W. Brown and Matt Mitchell as they presented oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as part of the law school’s Federal Appellate Litigation Project.
