Building the Law School’s Future
Private support provides necessary funding to ensure academic excellence and measured growth; gifts large and small are important to School of Law. There are three avenues for philanthropy at the University of Arkansas: student support, faculty support, and program support. You can make outright gifts to School of Law or to a particular area in the form of cash, securities, corporate matching gifts, real estate and personal property. Let our development professionals help you realize your goals.
Opportunities for Giving
A law school education should be available to talented, hard-working students, regardless of their financial means. As such, the School of Law has identified establishing need-based scholarships as a top development priority. Your support of need-based scholarships would help ensure that the School of Law remains accessible and affordable to our outstanding students.
The Young Law Library’s Buy-a-Book program is another vital initiative. The costs of maintaining a top-tier law library can be prohibitive, and your gift to the Buy-a-Book program will help put the law books our students need on the shelves.
These are just two of the many ways you can make a difference for your School of Law. Contact Patti Cox at the Office of Development for more information at pcox@uark.edu or call (479) 575-3468.
