Altheimer Moot Court Finals Set for Friday
The final round of the 2010 Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 12, in the E.J. Ball Courtroom in Leflar Law Center. The public is welcome to attend the final competition.
The event will begin with a special recognition of the School of Law national champion moot court team. The finals will feature law students Haley Heath and Brian Johnston for the petitioners and Ryan Culpepper and Chris Warzecha for the respondent. The competition will be judged by: the Honorable Leon Holmes, Chief Judge for the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Arkansas; the Honorable Beth Deere, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Arkansas; and the Honorable William Storey, Arkansas Fourth Judicial Circuit Judge, Division One.
