A Message from Patti Cox to University of Arkansas Friends and Colleagues
For the past 14 years, it has been my great pleasure to serve as a director of development at the University of Arkansas, the past nine years as senior director at the School of Law. Together, the development team has worked diligently to create new opportunities for students and faculty; and, to increase diversity within the school and the profession.
I will miss the work and the people I have met in my time at the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, with the Razorback Marching Band and especially at the School of Law. The University of Arkansas is blessed with alumni who are people of character and commitment, individuals who are willing to share expertise and financial gifts to effect positive change here, in Arkansas and across the nation.
My colleagues also are extraordinarily gifted folks. Rest assured, the School of Law is in excellent hands and Tory Gaddy, the new director of development for the law school, will continue to work hard to advance academic opportunities. And, I know you will welcome her in this role as you have welcomed me.
Thank you for your friendship and support. I look forward to retirement, and I will always be grateful for my time at the University of Arkansas.
