Future of Food podcast

The University of Arkansas School of Law, which has offered an LL.M. in agriculture and food law for 40 years, now presents The Future of Food podcast.

The podcast is hosted by the law school dean Margaret Sova McCabe, a passionate scholar of food system design, regulation, and sustainability. She was alarmed by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our food system and the pre-existing weaknesses it revealed. The Future of Food podcast addresses those issues through insightful interviews with experts.
