Humane Handling Educational Resources for Farmers, Ranchers, and Small Processors
This project, funded by the Southern Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education (SSARE) grant program sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture, includes educational tools and training for farmers and processors to understand and manage their legal risks when it comes to humane handling regulations.
